In the bending device, you can fix linearly heated acrylic glass with different width heating zones contactlessly at 90°. Thus the acrylic glass plate hardens exactly at right angles.

No imprints, no scratches.
The heating zone remains free in the air WITHOUT CONTACT. No impressions from the bending device. The felt cover protects the rest of the plate. There are no scratches or abrasions.

Flexible radii due to flexible bending device
Both the inner and outer jaws on the side of the bending device are adjustable. This allows the gap for the radius to be made smaller or larger. The heating zone always remains free and without contact in the air.

Faster cooling
The ambient air cools the heating zone faster and more evenly. The workpiece can therefore be processed more quickly.

Flexible length
The bending device is available in 2000 and 3000 mm lengths. This makes it suitable for all panel sizes and material thicknesses.
