Universally applicable for

Internal bondings
The swivel range of 48° is ideal for internal bondings with ACRIFIX® 2R 1900. The perfect gap dimension of 1.3 mm width meets the highest demands on the appearance of the bond. With our suitable polishing saw blade you produce ideal cut surfaces for gluing. The roughness of the cut surface is very low. Thus the cut marks are invisible after gluing! This even applies to the use of solar adhesives. The diamond polishing process is superfluous here. This saves you time and money while at the same time providing the best quality.

External bondings
The same applies to external bondings with ACRIFIX® 2R 0190 and ACRIFIX® 1R 0192. In addition to the highest quality of the bonded appearance, you also achieve sharp adhesive edges inside and outside!

V-groove bondings
Even when using our V-groove technique, the remaining bar on the back of the plate remains at the desired 0.3 mm. Because our panel hold-down is supplied ready mounted on your sliding table saw. It ensures that the acrylic glass plate does not flutter during sawing with the V-groove saw blade. The integrated spring pack in the plate hold-down also compensates for thickness tolerances of the material!
